Técnico Especialista en Vinos de la Región de Murcia

 

Abordamos la primera jornada del curso Técnico Especialista en Vinos de la Región de Murcia hablando sobre:

  1. Marco Legal

Conoceremos la normativa actual -europea y nacional- al objeto de distinguir las categorías de vino reglamentadas y aprender a leer correctamente las etiquetas de los vinos

 

  1. El vino en la Región de Murcia

Veremos la situación actual del sector en la región, comentando y comparando datos entre las tres denominaciones de origen existentes.

Hablaremos las características de cada zona amparada por denominación de origen.

Señalaremos que existen otras áreas productoras y proyectos en Murcia fuera de los consejos reguladores.

Completaremos la información con cata de vinos de Bullas, Jumilla y Yecla.

 

  1. La identidad de la Región: La Monastrell.

Como no, trataremos a la reina como se merece pero también hablaremos de otras variedades autorizadas y cultivas en la región, y cataremos vinos de las consideradas menos nobles de la zona: Airén, Merseguera

También probaremos alguno de variedades foráneas como Viognier, otros con presencia de Pinot Noir, etc.,

 

  1. Otras variedades cultivadas.

 

  1. La viticultura en la Región de Murcia

Detallaremos las generalidades de la viticultura murciana.

Hablaremos de sus suelos y de su clima.

 

  1. Tipología de vinos de la Región de Murcia

Señalaremos las principales diferencias entre los distintos tipos de vino que se elaboran en Murcia.

Cataremos también alguna que otra elaboración natural de la región.

Disfrutaremos de la comida maridaje con vinos de Bullas en la Tasca del Adolfo, para salir de allí camino a visitar viñedo, bodegas Lavia, y culminar fidelizando contenidos de la jornada en el Museo del Vino de Bullas.

 

Todo un maratón que no debes perderte!
